There seems to be a severe lack of communication and planning that resulted with us being overcharged for two weeks worth of nightly sessions and still awaiting a refund for their summer soccer camp. The soccer camp was canceled twice (June and then August) with absolutely no advanced notice to us. It has been over a week and the administrative owner refuses to respond back by text or phone. We've tried calling the google number listed, which is out of CA and he says he has no direct relation with the camp. The first time camp was canceled in June, their website was not properly updated. We showed up and no one was there. By phone, we were then told it was pushed out til August, but that our son could get two weeks of nightly training with other kids for a discounted rate. We didn't find out til July that they charged us for a whole month; their normal rate. No discount. We let that go. I reached out the first week of August regarding camp only to be told it was canceled and to reach out to Jeff for a refund for camp. It's been over a week. No direct response (via text, email, or cell). No confirmation. No refund. Calling our bank tomorrow to try and reverse the charge. Not comfortable giving them money again and will be looking for something different for our son in the future. Very disappointed.
