I haven't even moved in yet and I have already had the best experience with the leasing agent. I have been working closely with Martha and although one person on the lease seems to be impossible to get ahold of, she has been the most patient with us. She answers any questions that I have in a timely manner and is super kind! I am looking forward to calling this place my home!

A month and a half ago I gave them five-stars but took it away. I visited this property several times, selected an apartment, paid the application fees but had to postpone the move the very next morning after holding it. I came back a few weeks later and selected a new apartment. Management said they would put the fees already paid towards the new application/apartment and hold the apartment for me, great! I confirmed with the leasing agent, Larae, what apartment and she was to hold it that day and email me the link to finish the application forms. She never held the apartment nor sent me the link! I called 3x, emailed her and the manager, no response. Two days later at 5:55pm, an email (no call) was sent to me from her stating that I would have to pay the fees again and reserve the apartment myself. By this time the rates went up drastically! So upsetting. No one cared to call and help. Now we are out our money (they never ran the credit checks or held the apartment so why are they keeping my $350)? Also, I was promised many times a call with an update on getting a car garage but never received a call. Even the call center told me no one can get through to the leasing office the day I tried several times to reach them to see why the apartment was not held!

This property makes my day every visit. The girls compliments me genuinely. I am a Vendor and when their tenants call me for Spectrum services, we talk about how nice the entire team is including maintenance. I love that they always have community events and allow me to support and sponsor. It’s so inviting every time I visit. Would recommend this quiet community hands down.

Just moved out after living here for a year. Beautiful property and wonderful staff. From the ladies in the office to maintenance, they were always communicative and on top of things. Service requests were dealt with within 24 hours and phone calls were always returned within a day or two. Nothing can always be perfect but I genuinely enjoyed my time here. The grounds are always clean, and I’ve always felt safe walking around, even at night. My only complaint is that the valet trash never came to collect our trash during our thirteen months here but I think it is third party. Convenient location and the renovated units are nice. Highly recommend living here and hopefully I’ll return when I move back to Orlando!
