I lived there for 7 years and was very happy. I was sorry to leave due to the rents going sky high in the area. The grounds were very well-kept and I loved that the apt was more like a home than just a place to hang my hat or a cracker box. The apt was quite spacious and the closets were much more numerous than most apts. It was generally very quiet and neighbors were nice. I also liked that there were extra locks and an intrusion alarm. I felt very safe. The best part about living there was the staff, however. The office and maintenance staff was unequaled as far as any other place I have lived in my 76 years. Always there, friendly, efficient and responsive… never too busy to listen or to go above and beyond to help. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the appliances, etc were older (though maintenance came out the same day to fix or even replace if necessary) due to any problems, and parking got to be more difficult after Covid hit as in most apts. But if you are looking for great service, a homey atmosphere and ample storage you will not find better. I still miss Randi, Ariana, Samantha, Bobby, Claudio and Vladimir!

It’ll be my 3rd year renewing here & this place has truthfully become my home. Randi & Adriana are amazing and always quick to respond to my emails or assist me immediately whenever I go to the office for any questions or air conditioners filters. They make my renewing process each time so seamless. I really enjoy living here, only hoping next year corporate doesn’t keep increasing rent as much as they did for this year. However this has no reflection on these wonderful ladies, they’ve been nothing but helpful.

This company claims to “deliver superior value” to residents, but will raise the rent $500 on you and not bother to negotiate. MAA is pricing middle class families who work locally out of the market and refuse to negotiate a reasonable renewal rate with them although it is fully in their power. Shame on you, MAA! You put profit over people!

I have lived at MAA Windermere for about 2 years and it really is great. There are a lot of families so it is usually pretty quiet for a complex this size. The staff in the office have always been excellent and super professional. The maintenance guys are all very nice and work very quickly. Being 10 minutes from Disney is also cool!
