I was welcomed by the wonderful team at Advenir at The Oaks and the amazing leasing manager Ashley! Everyone was so helpful and welcoming, I walked in for something different and ended up leaving a future resident. Ashley took her time to go over everything with me, while also asking what I was looking for in my next home. I took a tour and fell in love with the place! Ashley made the whole process so easy, you can tell that her and her team truly care and want to make living at Advenir at The Oaks a special experience for everyone. I can’t wait to move in😊

Really bad experience. I’m moving just because they increase the monthly payment to the ridiculous amount of almost $1,900 for 2 BR in a old apartment complex, full of little roaches coming out from the walls and air vents, dirty stairs and exterior walls. The cabinets on my apartment are very old and ugly, the dining room area have an old candle looks very ugly they never change. One of my neighbors his wheels was stolen on the parking lot, so the security is ZERO. In the office they are ok but never answer the phone with exception of Javier, who is very nice guy and is always trying to help. HE IS THE BEST. If you need help ask for him. The trash guys come when they want, not the days they are supposed to. TO EXPENSIVE FOR THIS CONDITIONS

Office staff is nice, ....But maintenance is horrible. I live in a 1 bedroom/1bathroom apartment, when the toilet clogged up it took OVER 24 hours to send someone to unclog. I called emergency line and got my issue put in but none of the on calls responded. The next day when I got home from work, it still wasn't done and I had to go back to the office to ask again. Put in a request a week ago to have my porch light fixed since I leave early in the morning while it's still dark for 12 hr shifts....not holding my breath. Overpriced and terrible maintenance-Don't recommend.

As far as maintenance goes Adrian is the best!!! He is very detailed in his work. When my children and I couldn't use our keys to our apartment. I went and found Adrian because I know he will drop whatever he is doing to make sure my kids and I are safe. Thank you Adrian you are our hero!!!!
