It deserves 0 stars, but that’s the only way they’ll let you write anything. I only came to drop of a specimen and thought I’d be in and out in no time. After more than an hour I’m still sitting here.... for who knows how much longer.... explaining my specimen has to be refrigerated doesn’t help..... they won’t even listen......I spoke with “ Bridget “ very unfriendly! When I signed in on the PC I was told the wait would be 25 minutes! Had to be somewhere else half an hour ago, but what do they care! Never coming here again!

Do NOT go to this location without an appointment! They have zero regard for walk-ins, regardless of what time you checked-in. Waited over an hour and a half today. They are happy to keep bumping you out in 30min increments for any amount of time as appointments come in. Some considerations need to made for walk-in check-in time and wait times relative to appointment delays.

I have never experienced such rude and inconsiderate staff in a medical facility as I have at this place. The way that the front desk person specifically treats and communicates with people is entirely unacceptable. If you have the option, go anywhere else.

Generally rude upon entering. Woman at the entry desk doing her best dictator impression. They will not take a walk in with a near empty waiting room and the hammer falls if you are one minute late. I'm sure this goes back to management policy. Keep that in mind before going here. People in the back are friendly and do a decent job.
