The 10th Circle of Hell. It’s physically impossible to interact with a human at Quest until you’ve been processed like a widget in a production line (don’t EVER try phoning them, you’ll lose years of your life…). They had revenues of $10bn in 2021, you’d think it wouldn’t kill them to hire a person at Reception. And their bills are EXTORTIONATE! And they keep coming…. and coming …and coming. (August update: bills STILL arriving FOUR months after the event, they never stop. Such a scam!) AVOID IF YOU CAN If you really can’t, abandon all hope and pray!

This company is terrible. The check in process is ineffective, the workers are rude, and the hidden bills that come every month are down right disgusting. I hope I never deal with quest diagnostics again. I have absolutely nothing good to say about them and I advise you use anyone else anywhere.

Visited this location in May 2022 for a routine blood draw. I’m a “hard stick” — my veins are usually a disaster no matter how I prep for a draw, and they’ve driven nurses and technicians to tears and fits of cursing in the past. I wish I were exaggerating, lol. However, the young woman who did my draw at Quest located a vein with ease and hit it on the first try. I was in awe! I regret not getting her name, but she was a young Latina woman with blonde hair and she deserves a bonus for handling my troublesome veins with such skill. Everything about my visit was pleasant and efficient — I was in and out in about ten minutes. Highly recommend this location.

Staff is so nice! Very quick lines. Sat for no more than 4 min every single visit. The two Spanish phlebotomists are so so so sweet. One had dark curly hair
