My family and I have been going to the Health Park Blvd. location for at least 25 years without incident. I do not recommend this one at 8855 Immokalee Rd., Unit 12. The person who was going to draw my blood was pleasant. Everything else about the experience was unbelievably bad. And they told me that my portion, which should be $0, was going to be $700+. I left. I had Humana contact them. Thinking the cost issue had been resolved, I returned one morning, this time as a walk-in, and was told they were totally booked and that, no matter how long I might have been willing to wait, they couldn't take me. I'd never heard of that before and the number of people in the waiting room did not reflect that.

Biggest waste of time ever! Waited there for nearly 2 hours. Watched my name scroll through the list of patients and nothing. Phone number sends you to call center. They were no help either. Go to lab corp instead.

Had a appt, no wait, they took me right in. I've had alot of bloodwork done over the last 8 years and this was one of the smoothest, most painless experiences. Farah E is excellent, even took the needle out before pressing the gauze ( which others do simultaneously, causing the needle to scrap the inside of the vein). Highly recommend this location with this technician.

Quest diagnostics as a whole is deplorable. I am 27 weeks pregnant and have had nothing but problems from the very start. Unfortunately, they are the only lab facility that works with my hospital so I am trapped. If I could use ANY OTHER service I would. The most recent issue was from today, when according to “My Quest Portal” I have a $0 balance, also according to their phone system I have a $0 balance…. However, according to their “internal system” I owe $917 and cannot get necessary tests done until this is paid. The problem? They informed me this was sent to a collection agency, but they don’t know WHICH collection agency (it is no where on my credit report) so the very rude woman gave me EIGHT phone numbers to try to call and ask them myself if I possibly owed them money…?! WHAT?! I asked what recourse I had as my insurance knew nothing about this, I have no bills in the mail, my portal is showing a 0 balance, and their is NOTHING on my credit report and got met with a rude response and was told “that is policy”. So basically they are telling me that I can’t get medical attention until I pay almost a grand, but can’t tell me what this money owed is for or who it is owed to. I could go on and on and on about the other terrible experiences I have had with this company. If your hospital or doctor allows you to go ANYWHERE else, RUN DONT WALK.

I believe they open at 7 am
I went several months ago. All aspects related to care, treatment and efficiency with patients seemed excellent to me.
No Open Saturday
Go to their website and schedule a convenient appointment. They do take walkings
