Employees extremely rude, not helpful at all. They act like you are annoying them if you ask a question. Isn't that there job to be helpful?
Florida NonLawyer
They are very helpful and friendly, yet also professional. They will help everyone, especially guide the pro se (diy) litigant any way they can. I give them a 5 star rating, but would give them 10 stars, if it was available. Normally, there no waiting period, but every once in a while they is a short waiting period...normally less than a couple of minutes to 5 minutes. Thank you Clerks!
Sunshine Smiles
Stay far far away!!!!! Rather cut my arm off than deal with anyone in that building on all 3 floors. Nice, polite, helpful workers do not exist there. And good luck finding a parking spot in summer and forget it in Yankee bird season like everywhere else!

Do you still need birth certificate if you have your old passport?
Yes did you lose yous? If you are applying for the first time or anytime you must have a copy of your birth certificate. You can obtain a certificate from the Dept.of vital statistic in the county you were born Call different USPS offices. Not all are capable of taking your photo. You can supply your own. It must 2" x 2" and only a head shot That is all I know about getting a passport. Hope I helped. You can go on line and learn much more. Margaret
All you need to do is find a branch of the USPS. All of them don't have the facility to take your photo. Find one that does and you are all set. Hope this helps a little. Margaret Taylor
