Changed this from a 5 to a 1 star review. I've been coming here more lately for a BBQ chicken pizza which is really good might I add. I don't know if it's their phones or them but I called up and asked for a BBQ Pizza. The lady on the phone told me that it had ranch on it. I said no I don't want ranch with it. I kept saying on the phone SPECIFICALLY "BARBECUE CHICKEN PIZZA". The lady repeated that the pizza came with ranch. I asked if she could take that off and she said yes. Went to pick the pizza up. Something told me to check the box. It was a Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Came back in and told the lady at the counter about the order and went to speak to the shift manager I assume. Now I don't mind waiting for a mistake but what I do mind is the staff catching an attitude because they thought I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza when I didn't... The shift manager I assume said to me "we only sell two pizza's that has ranch on it, are you telling me you didn't just ask for a Buffalo chicken pizza?" I said "no" then went to explain the phone convo about the pizza and she just walked off and told me it would be 8 minutes. I'm getting real sick and tired of this type of mess around here in southfield with these sloppy acting shift managers. Just admit to yourself you don't like working with people and quit. Like I said I have no issue waiting for a mistake, but what I do mind is the employees catching an attitude because of a mistake on their end. Came back in to get my pizza I get no apology from the lady that took my order and the shift manager. She just slid the pizza over to me and walked away lol. Pathetic service, I mean really. I hope corporate reads these comments. Cuz that shift manager needs to go

Jets Pizza is usually very good but, on June 21st, at 5:32pm, I purchased a small square Pizza that was not fully cooked. The meat hadn't cooked thoroughly and the pizza tasted unpleasant. I just took it as a $15 lost. Don't think I will be going there for a while.
