This Rite Aid is both under stocked and understaffed. I ALWAYS have to wait on a relatively long line because there is only one cashier. They are missing some basic items, their paper goods selection is very limited. Overall needs improvement.

This review is solely for their Pharmacy Department. I have been to other companies like CVS, walmart,Costco, private ones but the people at this pharmacy are probably the worst. Maybe they don’t make enough money!? Pls pay them more. Because they are extremely unpleasant and rude on the PHONE. If they answer the phone at all. They often forget to set up delivery of medicine and when asked why they simply become angry and blame you for their fault. I just hope the company is aware of their unprofessional attitude and try to fix it ASAP.

Love how the "owner" of that Rite Aid on Bay Parkway seems surprised and does not more than say I am sorry...please contact our customer care department. If you do not care about your own store, then close it. You see negative review after negative review, not one positive one and yet that is the same response to all. SMH Not surprised by the negative reviews. They can have a line of 10 people waiting to be checked out and one cashier who takes their sweet time ringing a person up. Meanwhile you see other Rite aid employees gabbing while they are supposed to be stocking shelves, I presume. The customer service is awful. I never go in there anyway unless I absolutely have to. Whoever runs that store, needs to be retrained. Had to switch my meds a long time ago because of the rude staff behind the pharmacy counter. Then again, it could be that they are overwhelmed themselves. Fix it or close it.
