Pet Paradise St. Augustine

Oh my gosh! We LOVE pet paradise. We brought our puppy who’s just shy of 3 months, so naturally (we were a bit nervous to drop him off and go)..however the girls at the front desk were so sweet and attentive, I immediately knew he would be in great hands! When we picked him up he was happy, and so excited to go back the following day. 10 out of 10 , definitely will be recommending!

Duke, the golden retriever, wants everyone to know that this is THE BEST PLACE ON EARTH! He absolutely loves going and has so much fun making friends and jumping into the pool! As Duke's mom, I love watching his playtime on the webcam- I get the biggest chuckle at all the dogs and how they interact with one another! Duke hopes that you pick this place because he thinks you will love it just as much as he does!

I tried the day care first before I felt comfortable leaving my pet overnight. The daycare seemed fine and everyone was very nice. I did one overnight and I’m not sure if I would be comfortable leaving him there again . When I picked him up he was very damp and smelled so bad of urine.I can’t prove it but my gut feeling tells me he didn’t get the care I was hoping for or the service I paid for. He was there 24 hours and I can’t imagine what could have happened for him to smell as bad as he did ( nauseating) had to keep windows open in car because the smell was so strong.

Unfortunately my dog has had to pay the price for his visit at this location. He was healthy and happy when we left him. When we picked him up he had a cut on his back, runny nose, difficultly with breathing, weak, afraid to go outside. I am not sure what happened to him during his stay. No notes or information was written on him during his stay. This business needs to clean/sanitize and focus on the pets that are left in their care. We feel terrible for our pet and will not use this business again.
