People are always friendly. They are not stocked well at times which gives them the 4 stars. They do have a wonderful variety though.

We’ve been going to Angie for two years because she has alleviated my dog’s anxiety about getting groomed. Angie is kind and affectionate with Millie. Millie gets excited when she sees her in the salon at check in. What a difference from the first few times I took her when she cowered at the door. We are grateful for having found her. On a side note, the salon is clean and organized-it never feels hectic. I highly recommend Petco grooming.

Customer service is Terrible. went in for dog food and a litter box- they didn’t have the brand of dog food i get for my pup. they were actually out of a lot of brands of food. and then i wanted to get my dog a bully stick which was marked at 10.99 and then the cashier rang it up at $25 and when i told her the price it was listed as she refused to listen and gave me an absurd amount of attitude because i just wanted to show her the price it was showing on my end. and then when i asked her to take it off because i’m not going to pay $25 for a single bully stick she rolled her eyes and gave me more attitude. Petco needs to work on their customer service and having everything priced CORRECTLY. I recommend going to Petsmart over Petco any day.
