I never give reviews but this deserves one. This place is a mess, disrespectful people and staff. They don't respect your privacy and packages have been stolen. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Their fees are through the roof, you won't leave with being broke they make sure of it. They over charge you and everything from the dish washers, A/C, Sink over flooding. Bed bugs, roaches. It's a mess.

Office staff has a horrible disposition and definitely doesn’t know how to conduct proper business. Definitely ready for better options I’ve never dealt with the things i have here in a short time span.

I have been here two weeks and couldnt be happier. Corey in the office is as efficient and compassionate as it comes. I know Id like to believe Im his favorite tenant, but the truth is he treats everyone that way. Any issues Ive had have been handled right away, and the apt itself is a remodeled unit and just gorgeous. Neighbors in my court are awesome, very friendly atmosphere. Everyone smiles and waves. Honestly i don't understand the bad reviews. And for the record, THERE ARE NO MICE. I have seen a few spiders but i also have a basement unit and there is refular pest control. I wish both pools were open (it so happens the one right outside is not and we have to go to the other side), but at the end of the day even that isnt a complaint, only a "wish". The community is safe, well lit, and i couldnt be happier. I would ignore the other bad reviews.
