If you have kids it's not the place to live , they kick you out for having kids. Lived here for two years. Just this year started having noise complaints called on me for my toddler .The floors are thin . They wouldn't move me because of the all the noise violetions and know they said I broke the lease for to many noise violetions. And they have been harresing me to make sure I leave.

Carla in the leasing office is AMAZING. She jumped through hoops to help us with our leasing needs and followed up with us every step of the way. So friendly and truly cared about our needs. When we arrived to move in, everything was great - apartment had been cleaned so everything was as expected. Highly recommend

When me and my roommates first applied for this apartment we asked plenty of questions, we wanted to see the apartment first to make sure there were no problems with it and they said no (which was a little weird) they never disclosed to us that the apartment had SO MANY problems (mold/mildew, wax on the walls, leaking sink, garbage disposal not working properly and carpets had to be completely replaced) they seem to want to get renters so bad that they’ll lie, hide stuff and keep secrets just to get people into the community. Not a trustworthy community and way too many issues for the tenants to deal with. Landlords should be honest and trustworthy not sneaky snakes.

The apartments themselves are great. We've been here a few weeks and the apartment is beautiful. It's clean spacious and the staff are extremely helpful. Carla is the coolest person I've had the pleasure to work with. She's helped me every step of the way and as someone that will question until I fully understand, she was extremely patient and charismatic. She always had a smile and an answer and if she didn't have an answer, she would find me one in a timely fashion. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star review is the neighbors. I never see my building neighbors but the building adjacent to me does have children. They do run wild and are screaming frequently. The buildings do a well enough job at muffling the sound, but you can still hear it. Getting our mail keys was also a problem but that is more on the post office. Just be prepared to wait on the post office. If you order packages frequently, they have a bad habit of delivering to the wrong door, again, a post office problem. In all, so far, the apartments have been wonderful and even maintenence is very prompt when you have problems and an absolute pleasure to interact with.
