My Hunter (Black lab) needed an appointment asap he stopped eating and wasn’t doing well. They were able to squeeze me in sooner. When the visit began they were able to explain a lot that I didn’t understand before. They told me that he unfortunately had cancer. I made the decision to put him down that day instead of making him suffer anymore than he was. They went above and beyond making sure Hunter and I had what we needed while I waited for my Boyfriend to come be with us. They were very compassionate in my time of need. They were the sweetest staff I’ve ever met. When I came to pick up his ashes they made paw prints and nose prints and that made my heart whole because I never got a chance to get them before. I was running a minute late and they stayed for me to be able to get my boy back. All my babies will be coming to see them. Thank you for all that you do for our animals.

Went for my first appointment with Dr. Fritz this morning. I texted before the office opened and was called right back in order to schedule. I was able to get in just an hour later! Staff is VERY friendly and kind, caring and thoughtful with my little boy. I really miss my vet from back home and feel like I've found somewhere that will give my doggos the same love and care here in Maryland. Thank you Dr. Fritz and staff who work there for such a positive experience with my nervous lil boy ❤ ****This was a 4 star review**** My second furbaby had snagged his nail at the park, and the quick was exposed. Got him in no problem and fixed up at a $188.47 price tag, for a single NAIL lol I didn't argue as I wanted to ensure my baby's well being. This week I get a letter in the mail that I owe $59 dollars for a no show appointment that was never confirmed with me while I was there. No ma'am I'm not paying that. Not only did you not confirm the time and date with me, you waited to call AFTER your time to tell me I didn't show. Needless to say I'm pretty disappointed with a clinic while I felt overpriced, I was willing to go to a it was close and the doctor seemed nice.
