I love Adidas; just overall the brand and every product they put out is freaking amazing. The store was very busy so perhaps adding more staff during peak times would be nice; also a bit more friendly- I felt the customer service level was just OK; it certainly can improve. I wanted a specific size on the shoes and I was puzzled since at the store they were a certain price yet on the Adidas Online Store was at a different price- it would be nice if it was consistent- store cleanliness was good, selection overall and service just okay.
