I recently had my first negative experience at America's Tire, but yesterday they made it right, and then some... so I feel I should leave a 5 star review here. I've been a repeat customer of this chain for a long time due to their combination of good value + great customer service, and never had a negative experience until the last time I got a set of new tires, when they kinda talked me into replacing my wiper blades too. I wasn't sure it was necessary but agreed. It wasn't until a couple days later when I was 1,000 miles into a road trip and went to use my wipers, and they loudly knocked into the edge of my roof because the driver side wiper was 2" too long. So I had to stop in the next town to buy the correct size wipers. I was upset about that and left some bad feedback. The store manager called me and offered to replace the blades but I ignored the call, I had already bought new blades, so I was thinking "it's too late for that now." A few months passed and yesterday I finally had time to go back to the store to return those wrong size wiper blades back and ask for a refund. The store manager remembered me, and not only refunded me but also insisted on giving me a set of the correct size wipers so that whenever they need replacing again, I'll be set. I would have been satisfied with just the refund, but as usual, they went above and beyond in their customer service. So they are back in my good graces and I will continue to be a loyal customer. For tires anyway.

Fantastic service. Friendly, quick and easy. Made an appointment online and the guys were ready for me when I showed up and went straight to it.

I've been buying tires here for years. Service has always been very good. My most recent tire installation did lack in some minor areas though. I was checked-in for my appointment by one of the managers, Josh, who was very professional. Josh asked about the current condition of my spare tire and offered to have the technician inspect it and check the tire pressure. It was noted on my service ticket to have this service done, but the tech did not do the check. I had also asked to have the center caps of my wheels left off, since I was planning to change the caps when I got home. Josh said he would have the tech leave the caps in a baggie inside the car. This did not happen and the caps were reinstalled on the wheels. Last, after leaving the shop at my next stop I took a quick inspection of the new tires and noticed that the valve stem caps were not the correct caps for tire pressure monitors. Instead, the valve caps were a random mix and match of what was probably just laying loose on the shop floor. I made a stop at the local auto parts store to buy the proper caps that completely cover the metal valve ends and that have the o-ring seal to keep moisture out. These are minor things, but for the amount of money I spent on the new high-end tires, they're details I don't feel should be skipped.

My tire had a nail in it this am and was slowly releasing air. I called America's tires and they said bring the car right over. IMMEDIATELY greeted when I walked in the door, car inspected and set up for service. Not only did they get me in and out in less than an hour it was no cost! The two gentlemen that helped me were so kind, fast and handled my car like it was theirs. THANK YOU!!!!! This annoyance was so easy to deal with.

Can I get a tire patched or plugged at your business? If so, how much are we looking at? I have a tiny little pin hole on edge of the front tire.

But if I just needed a plug why would I need to buy a tire?
