Overall it was a good experience. But no drinking water at facility when customer is waiting is not very good sign of customer service. Staff was quick to respond and accommodate request at short notice. I will update my review if I see improvements next time.

Not impressed by the work, not impressed by not being acknowleged and having to chase someone down for my business. Not impressed by having to replace expensive new tires after 3k miles and 2 alignments. I am, however, very impressed by Adrian's personal demeanor and his professionalism of resolving some of my issues. If they had more Adrians there, they'd have more credibility for sure

I called the place for a last minute oil change and Adrian was able to squeeze me into the schedule that same day. Honestly, I was very impressed because I originally planned to have the service at a Firestone Complete Auto Care but the wait for my scheduled 11am appointment was 5 hours. This was not acceptable so I instantly made a decision to bring my business to Big O Tires instead due to their accommodation. They have a cozy waiting area and they offer free Wifi. The restroom is also clean and the staff members wear mask. The experience was great from the oil change and the complimentary check on my car. I decided to go with Big O Tires with new tires, battery terminal, and brakes just because of the great experience that I had on my initial visit. Thank you so much, Adrian! You are definitely an asset to Big O Tires and I hope that you continue to raise the bar on customer service.
