Car shopping right now is a frustrating experience. I couldn't find the car I wanted anywhere local, so I looked farther away and DCDJR showed the one I wanted in transit. I contacted Kevin and Derek and they were great - I made a deposit, we worked out the details, and they contacted me as soon as the car arrived. We set up a date for me to drive down and everything went smoothly. Buying process was great, they made sure the tank was full and it was fully charged. Took the time to make sure I understood how to access and use all the features that came with the car, made sure my kids had access to entertainment for the ride home, and followed up several times to make sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle. I would recommend working with Kevin and Derek for a great car purchasing experience.

Very important, if you need a reliable shop to do some service work or body shop, try to go to a reliable one but not this one. Here is why: 1. I scheduled for service (oil change): They forgot about my appointment and I had to wait extra long. Work was decent. 2. Warranty/body shop work: I found corrosion on my car since it is still within warranty "Alex" took care of it but what he did was really unprofessional. He submitted everything according to him and I had to call a couple times before getting an answer if it is covered by warranty. I called and after it was granted I had some weeks coming up when I had no time to drop off my car and I asked Alex if we have any time limitations since I am travelling etc. He said no, unless 5 year warranty on that part! Great! So the next time I called to set an appointment up he said I will get a rental car, so I asked if this will work out when I bring the car tomorrow (I wasn't able to schedule a week ahead with this guy at all). He said he will give me a call back. Never happened. A few weeks later I called and asked about it and he told me it is over 90 days, he has to re-submit. I clearly asked exactly about timely limitation and he did not mention this. Another example of how sloppy this shop works. No recommendation and I will not go back. It was painful over and over and the signs were very clear. A very disappointment experience.

I’ve given this place many chances and they have redeemed themselves but now that things are back to somewhat normal, this place is just chaos. I called beforehand to tell them the problem and ask if they could help me and they said come down. All they had to do was check if they had a key that matched the wheel and Carlos said if they didn’t have the match they could just break them off. Instead of taking 15 minutes to check I patiently waited for Three hours until I could no longer wait without any update or acknowledgement that he wrote up the wrong tire on the report to be fixed. Later Carlos tells me they do not have the key and will have to send the car out to break the locks off. Huh? So why would you tell a customer you can help them but you really can’t and waste their time too? Why don’t you know the skills of your mechanics? Basically I was lied to and then tortured and missed any chance to go to work. Thanks for nothing. One star is for Dave that seemed to be the only one who cared I was there. The other star is for the hummingbird I saw in the outside waiting area. By the way when I left Undependable dodge , I immediately drive to Rydell dealership and it was.like a spa day in comparison. Within 15 minutes they checked my tire, verified the key match, They asked if I needed a ride home so I didn’t have to wait there, they communicated how long it would be and when I came back to get my car didn’t charge me one cent.
