Rebecca was unbelievable!!! We missed out on a couple of apartment units while thinking it over and even left the property twice. She kept working to help us and sent us messages about other units coming up in our time frame that weren't known before. We signed up for lease because of her helpfulness and dedication to us. Words cannot express our gratitude!

From the start of the leasing experience til now- several months in, our experience has been wonderful! Gloria & Rebecca truly go out of their way to make everyone feel like family. This place is gorgeous and is maintained so nicely! They have a beautiful pool, park for the kids and dog park. The gym is amazing too- facing the pool! Living here feels like you are living on a resort. They are very responsive with any issues you may have in your apartment or general maitenance. There is also a beautiful lounge area for computer work with an amazing starbucks coffee machine, for the coffee lovers!!

Pretty apartments. We stayed for a year until our house was finished. Made sure to clean the apartment out and clean before we left. We were not messy people but wanted it to look nice other than normal lived in conditions so I was aggravated when I found out we didn’t get a deposit back because they use it to shampoo carpets and refresh paint and the last months water bill that doesn’t come until after you move out. If I would have known I didn’t get a deposit back no matter how clean I left the apartment because they shampoo and repaint walls, I wouldn’t have spent so much time scrubbing bathrooms and cleaning. Never had an apartment complex keep your deposit because they have to freshen it up for the next residents. Nothing was damaged just normal lived in apartment. Don’t bother cleaning it out before you go!!!

I have been a resident and since day one the staff are awesome, Gloria, Christina and James are always on point they make the difference at Serenity , there always with a smile. I love my home. I recommend this place to anyone , they do awesome residents retention. I love when the manager takes her time and greets us at the pool area and brings everyone popsicles.
