Captain Dana was great! We immediately went out to a sandbar and had a great day. Dana was very thoughtful and made sure that we had a fun, safe day out on the water. Would highly recommend!

10/10 experience with Anchor Rides. It was so easy to book, communicate with the team and plan our boating day. The boat we booked was amazing, clean, well equipped and perfect size for our group. Our Captain, Captain Rich, completely made the experience what it was. He was fun and interactive and made sure we had the best day we possibly could have while also making us feel extremely safe with him at the wheel. Captain Rich made communicating with him so easy and it was clear that our safety and fun was the priority. I would absolutely request him again! Thank you Captain Rich, Anchor Rides and Hedden Drinkin for an amazing experience!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The worst experience I've ever had. I booked a yacht, paid the deposit. I made all the arrangements - made my invites, booked a chef, organized transportation and music. My chef asked me for pictures of the yacht so I went on the website to look for the link and I couldn't find the yacht anywhere so I text the contacts to ask for the link. I then find out that the owner decided to sell the yacht and in their words "its out of their hands". WHAT!!!! They executed a contract and that doesn't mean anything? Worst is the company did nothing to compensate me for all of the other deposits and arrangements I already made around this yacht. TERRIBLE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Adding more based on this HORRIBLE RESPONSE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, YOU ARE ADVERTISING A STRESS-FREE EXPERIENCE. It is far from stress-free. The only reason I found out the yacht was being sold was because I requested pictures. Your staff did NOT take any initiative, it was a response to my request. You should not be in the business if you then don't want to take any responsibility for what actually happens after the reservation is made. What's very telling about this response is their only measure of "bad" is if I had actually arrived for the event and there was no yacht. It tells you everything you need to know about this company. They could care less about what happens once they collect their booking fee! You showed your true colors! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! And, you did not offer me a credit. I specifically asked to be reimbursed for all the other deposits made and all the arrangements made and I was told no!!! I will happily post the email here if you would like! Please take all the feedback seriously. I read one review that really broke my heart, yet I continued with my booking. I since regret that decision. Please take the feedback seriously! This is a HORRIBLE company!
