Don’t expect any help. Nurse was supposed to pre-certified but they don’t do that. They pushed it onto my DR. to try and send it but he wasn’t even from their. They wanted procedures done wanted back in two weeks. Took two weeks just to get them to send basic info over to insurance company. Deserve zero stars. Yea his was an important procedure and now have to postpone and am finding a new Dr. They take your mo ey with no problem but don’t expect anything from them.

Dr Reynolds and his assistant are excellent. They make me feel very comfortable and explain any issues I may have and will answer all my questions. The front staff and the back staff also have good patient skills. The only issues is they are so busy so your wait for your scheduled appointment is long .

Tampa eye clinic has the most personable and friendly staff! They bend over backwards to make sure your eyes are examined by an outstanding doctor and buying glasses in the store. They tighten my glasses whenever I need them tightened. Very convenient location! Highly recommend!

Dr Lorensen and the whole staff were professional, helpful and kind. My cataract surgeries went beautifully and my eye sight improved wonderfully. I would recommend this office to anyone and have done so. Thanks to all of them!
