When someone asks me this question, and I talk through their situation with them usually we are able to meet their needs. If you would like to talk about your situation I am happy to help you. Good Morning Carol! Medicare will pay for any type of services that required a nurse or a therapist to perform. It is not that Home Instead does not take Medicare. Medicare does not pay for the type of services we and other companies like us provide. A detailed list of our services are outlined on our website. The most common servcies we provide include help with bathing, dressing, bathroom assistance, as well as help with ambulating, transferring, keeping up our client's homes as far as cleanliness, errands, doctor appointments and cooking.
