This is the second time we stay here. Both times we had a good experience. The breakfast can use a little upgrade, that's why I'm giving it a 4 star instead of 5

Had I known that this hotel makes you sign a waive on checkin that limits your lobby use after 10pm I wouldn’t have booked. Here for a relaxing weekend with family that we haven’t seen in years and you close down the public lobby at 10pm like this is some sort of kindergarten. It’s a shame that you must have had guests to rowdy to cause this rule, but as a paying guest I want to be able to enjoy the lobby area on my terms. Don’t stay here, staff is rude.

If you’re a Bonvoy member looking for convenient access to the Penn State Hazleton campus, I guess this will meet your needs. Otherwise, steer clear. Mobile key worked fine (Marriott is shockingly inconsistent with this), but everything else was disappointing. Rooms feel dated, breakfast was just sad (“supply chain issues”), and access to the fitness center was confusing. Room keys don’t work, but there’s no signage to that effect, and you have to “sign out” a key from the front desk for no more than an hour at a time. Terrible representation of what is usually a reliable and affordable Marriott brand.

I enjoyed this hotel - the room that I received was very unique compared to previous rooms I have received. It was very quiet from hallway noice even though I was close to the elevator. Bed - Very comfortable TV - Very Large and nice to lay in bed and watch something after work. Bathroom - I think lighting needs to be revisited and updated in the room. The shower was very dark and hard to see. Overall the bathroom size was great. I did have dark toilet water when I first arrived I think it might of been just from sitting for a while. Adequate Towels - love the number of outlets in the bathroom. Outlets in general were terrific - they even had update USB by the beside so I could charge my Apple Watch at night. Breakfast - I am just glad that they had something. Very modest but just what anyone would need for a quick bite. I am glad that the coffee was always stocked in the morning. Overall great stay, and if I get sent to the area to work again - I will probably book at this location. Keep up the good work staff!!
