Horrible costumer service, evrytime I go to wendys I get the same thing. This time the price came out higher than usual, we ask to make it a combo which that is how we ask and the cashier refused to do so or find a way to make it work.

I normally come for breakfast and it’s good. But today I came for lunch. Some girl named Pamela was rude on the speaker. I ignored it and ordered. Then at the window she gives me the wrong sized drinks, we ordered large and they were medium. Also, one of the drinks was the wrong flavor. She swapped out the flavor but didn’t give us the large that we paid for, she refused. She also put a large lid on the medium so it spilled all down my leg and all over my truck. Getting sticky lemonade all over is a pretty terrible way to start your morning. I asked for sauce and she closed the window and just ignored me for about two minutes. She then opens the window, gives three ketchup packets for two large meals, still refuses to replace the drinks to the large even though we paid for it, then demands more money if we want sauce. Spending $25 on two meals is already ridiculous, then you steal from me by not giving me my proper order, then trying to shake me down for more money for sauce. Screw this place. You just lost a previously loyal customer who typically spends around $500 a month here. Thanks Pamela, and screw you. I tried to call to speak with a manager and get a fax machine.

If I could give this place less then 1 I most certainly would. My order is ALWAYS wrong, they don't care about their jobs. They gave my door dash order to another dasher and then called me and said I had to cancel and reorder. Most of the employees have a really poor attitude problem. They don't have any dine in so I don't know why they can't handle the drive thru. Don't bother complaining because they don't even fix the problem. They just ignore it. Smh
