Very clean neighborhood, people are friendly, we have great neighbors and it's quite and peaceful here, they have meetings for new residents which is very helpful and insightful, the staff is wonderful and so helpful, we couldn't be more satisfied living anywhere else!

I live in the community, so I visited the pool for about an hour. Had a good swim, not many others there at 10 am on a Thurs. The exercise group was just ending when I got there.

Yes this is a 55 + community I don't know if it applies to the whole community. I would call the Timber Oaks management company I would call and ask that question.

Im a lawn service man and pet care if you need me i live in the next development in palm lakes if you need me to pick weeds, mow lawns, and need wood piles move i can help you with that pet wise i walk dogs or cats i have had to do that before take care of birds or ferrets i can do that too you can contact me at 7273330922

There once was but now gone. Place a blurp in the timber times to see if there is an interest and the club could start again.
How come small dogs are allowed but small cats are not?? And the cat is declawed!!! Any pet is a therapy for the elderly!!!!!
