My BF and I just went in for a hot coffee and to relax for a bit. The coffee was great, but the WiFi was not the best, super slow connection.

Positive is that they consistently have good food and there is plenty of seating inside and outside. Negative is that they're not great on cleaning. Came in the morning when things should be at their best, but the walls in the booth have crusty hardened on dirt from days gone by. The counters where food is placed for pick up has crumbs that looked like someone did a quick swipe in the center and pushed all food remnants to the corners. The sinks in the bathroom and the adjacent walls need a good wash. These are small things, I know, but it makes me wonder how clean the area is where the food is prepped. Would I eat here? Yes. Panera has good standards. Am I concerned when I eat here? A little.
