I recently moved to Clermont, and I needed to find new doctors for my children, to which the insurance assigned me this facility and I accepted, since they accepted new patients. However it has taken me two months to be able to make an appointment which unfortunately I still haven't gotten it with them. Seeing the situation I really feel frustrated since how is it possible that they do not have availability for so long. Given the situation, I preferred to call my children's insurance and move to a new facility where they did not have so many restrictions for new patients and they immediately gave me an appointment for them. I definitely should never have chosen them to take care of my children. They have terrible customer service plus the person behind the phone. Pass this health center.

Front desk is always the worst here. We’ve been misdiagnosed at this location. The only great thing is Nemours in Lake Nona is 10 stars out of 5. The Lake Mary location is also amazing — This is the worst location we’ve been to. Wish this office was up to the other office standards.
