Lisa is amazing!!! I would give her 10 stars if I could lol My son had a very difficult time learning how to put in contacts today and Lisa was so patient and kind! She was incredibly helpful! We had a fantastic laughing and joking with him while he struggled! She went above and beyond today! Thank you Lisa for everything!!

This was the 3rd year I have visited and my experiences have been great. Everyone there was helpful with my whole process & I even saved money. Kelly helped me find a frame to fit my face which was helpful, she knew her stuff. My only complaint was that she was a smoker and just came off of a smoke break and I smelled the smoke on her hands and mouth. That was not very pleasant when your face to face putting on glasses. No she wasn’t masked that might have helped. Dr. Holloway was excellent during my exam and told me if I have any trouble with my sight to email her personally. I appreciated that tremendously.

Very professional people and very helpful. Although the guy that was doing my exam said he thought my diagnosis was wrong. I have a eye disorder and got diagnosed at a top tier hospital. But other than that everyone is great

I came in 10 minutes until close to turn my daughter's prescription in, not a lengthy process. A tech with black and red hair looked at her watch and asked me to come back tomorrow because they are about to close. I said no I live far away. She was not pleased with that answer and handed me over (because she didn't want to do it) to a VERY kind and pleasant women named Kelly. She helped us get my daughter's glasses all set up and it only took her until 5 after. So if you need to do anything at this location, ask for Kelly!

I just picked up my glasses this week too. I have to get used to my trifocals too. If I'm not mistaken you have a certain amount of time to get any corrections applied to your glasses. But don't hold me to that, just in case I might be wrong. You should be able to use your glasses that were made specifically for you. I would try talking with them again about your concerns. I have been with Optical Outlets for 20 years as a patient. But new to the Port Richey location this year. I have had the pleasure of two of their staff helping me, Kelly and Lisa, they went above and beyond in helping me. If I were you, I would go back and ask if either one of them could help you with this, or perhaps a manager. Good luck to you, I hope you can get this fixed to your satisfaction.
You can just walk in, but just so you know it's ALWAYS busy so it might be easier to set an appointment or be ready to wait for the people in front of you.
Yes but you have to wait for them to be made. Mine too about 5 days.
It’s essential to remember to bring your current eyeglasses or contact lenses prescription to your visit. If you also wear reading glasses, computer glasses, protective eyewear, or other visual aids, you may want to bring these as well. Because getting your pupils dilated can leave you sensitive to light for several hours following your appointment, it’s wise to bring sunglasses to the appointment.
A comprehensive eye exam involves a series of comfortable and pain-free tests that offer a close-up look at your eye health and visual function. Between having all the tests performed and discussing the results with our eye doctor, you can expect your visit to last up to an hour.
While it’s always a good idea to have an annual eye exam, how often an eye exam is needed depends on several factors. A patient’s age, family and personal medical histories, a previous eye injury, existing eye conditions, and environmental or occupational factors determine the recommended frequency. The American Optometric Association offers specific guidelines for both children and adults. As your trusted partner in care, our office will discuss the most appropriate schedule to protect the health of your eyes and the quality of your vision.
Yes my nephew did that last month and it worked
Call them and they would be able to tell u
There is a good chance...give them a call.
They are open by appointment only and you must wear a face mask while inside.
Just call to find out. They should be able to tell you quickly
Hi Irma, They can definitely help. You could go into the store and if they have the same frame you broke, they could order it for you. If they don’t, you could definitely order a new pair of glasses and they would get the prescription from your current glasses or call your previous doctor.
We have three doctors who work at this location; Dr Lockwood, Dr Ciccarello and Dr Schoneck.
Yes i think they do
