Well, I did not have any luck with my glasses at Visionworks (VW)! My barometer is that I have glasses that are at least 20 years old that I purchased in Louisianna, and I can still see perfectly, with them!!! The glasses that I got at Visionworks are horrible. I left the store, and it was the inability to see the street names on the signs! How about that? You cannot see (clearly) a street name on a sign until you are right up on the sign!!!! Oh, I switched the new VW glasses to the old glasses for the next street sign and wallah...no problem, sign was clear at a further range. So, what do I do? Should I take them back to VW or just eat the money that I paid for them??? I am of the opinion that in the state of Florida it would be a rare situation that one will be able to get a pair of glasses that works from the first moment that you put them on. I might share that this was the second pair of glasses that I had an exam for and purchased... with the same situation...could not see worth a dam, took them back to another company and got my money back!!!! Will I do this with VW? I have not decided! I still have the old glasses that works...they are not in style. But they work and I see better with them than the VW glasses that I had to wait forever for!!!! Decisions, decisions!

The worst experience I have ever had !! I started this journey to renew my prescription in early December After 3 appointments with different doctors the first pair of glasses I couldn't see my feet back for another exam 2nd pair No Better Back for another exam glasses were better so I went ahead and told them to go ahead with my other pair After waiting 2 weeks the glasses finally came in this is the February 5th When I went to pick up my glasses They were duplicates NOT the glasses I paid for !! So now I wait another 2 weeks for glasses I paid over &700.00 dollars for . Never will I Go Back to Vision Works ! America's Best will have my business Again ... BEWARE !

Visionworks is awesome and Nicole Kanner is AMAZING. My first pair of glasses were from Visionworks but I bought another pair from a different eye glass place (because it was closer) but they never seemed to fit right. I went back to have them fixed but still never liked them. When it was time for new glasses I went back to Visionworks and will never go anywhere else again. Nicole even FIXED my other glasses from the other store and will be my backups now. Nicole took her time to measure everything and the glasses always fit right. Thank you Nicole.

Beware. Long time customer ended today. Wife and I buy 2 sets each every 2 yrs. This frame less than a yr old and only $129.00 started to peel on front and arms. Visionworks position "too bad" buy a new frame and we'll switch out the lens for you at no charge. We offer no warranty on the frames we sell.
