Before you buy an electric bike online or somewhere else consider this: We purchased two Malibu electric cruisers from Phil at Pedelec Electric Bicycle last year. We have thoroughly enjoyed using them all around Florida and in Georgia. While we have found the bikes to be of excellent quality overall, we discovered corrosion on the front fork shocks on both bikes after a few months. When we brought this up with Phil, he immediately agreed that the parts needed to be replaced under warranty. He worked out the warranty issue with the manufacturer, ordered the new forks and installed them without question. Swiss Quality!

I got a flat on my ebike last spring and brought the bike to Pedelec. I dont think they were happy that it was not a brand they sell, but they took the work to fix the rear flat. They did not have a tube, but offered to fix the current tube which was fine. I picked the bike up the next day and was charged almost $100. The tube was flat again by end of next day. I didnt have time to deal with it and didnt receive good service, so I waited until I got home to fix it myself. I took the old tube out which had "zero" patches on it and a hole that I fixed myself in 5 minutes. Rip Off!

I stopped at Pedelec a month or so ago and Phil spent an hour with me going over the different e bikes he sells . I was very impressed. Needless to say , I found one for sale that he sold new to a gal here in Punta Gorda and ending up buying it . I took it to Phil on my way home and he looked it all over, road it, and filled my tires . I highly recommend Phil at Pedelec I will definitely be there for service on my ebike..

Phil has great customer service and has helped me every time I have needed assistance with a bicycle issue, of course this is on a somewhat high end pedelec or electric bicycle I bought from him. This includes even coming to get me when an issue developed at some distance. I did have an issue with the motor and he saw to it being replaced under warranty. I highly recommend his shop for purchase of quality electric bicycles and the excellent customer service.
