Turned in equipment. Customer passed away was going to pay bill but the customer rep wouldn't take money. She said to use the machine all I had was cash. Ask her if machine took cash she said yes but did not give change which would have been $26 and change. She said to pay it and they would put it against the bill. I came in to pay bill in full. I told her he had passed away and I guess they had to wait for money until the next statement to get their money. I told them he had passed and they hounded my phone for the balance due. It got so bad that I had to block them.

Spectrum is annoying and they need to teach their door-to-door salespeople to respect no trespassing signs. I have a sign proximately posted on my front door, but someone just the other day still knocked on my door--NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. Plus, she drove her car over the edge of my lawn and sprinkler head. That's a good enough reason to NEVER consider using Spectrum!

I ordered service over the phone and was directed to this location for equipment pickup and had an appointment made for me. I go into the store which is pretty busy but I get through quickly because of my appointment. When I get to the rep they tel me because I started a new service over the phone they cannot give me equipment and there is no way for them to help me. The manager told me in order to give me anything I would have to call and cancel my order then have the store make a new one, this is frustrating but I called and the customer service rep told me this is not true but canceled it anyway. Walking back over to the rep I was told that even though I had an appointment they were putting me in the back of the queue because starting a new service takes a long time so I should just wait there 2 hours. This is literally the worst customer service experience I have ever received and if I actually had a choice I would never work with this company.

If you go talk to them you can get a extra cable box for 6 months free. Not sure of the differance between boxes. But go pic up your box if you have a service man come to your home you will most likely get a old updated box.
You can create an account online and pay with credit card or you can call them.
Gun highway is the right place
This location is preeminently closed and I hope notified google to remove it.
