My prescription wasn’t ready even though I called yesterday. I’m not upset with the staff. They seem severely understaffed for a pharmacy. I felt awful for the poor kid who was working as he was jogging between the drive through and front end registers while the rest of the staff was putting together the medication and I felt bad for the pharmacist who seemed he was going to burst a vessel.

Has mostly everything I want. Also hire more like the man who's always in the blue hoodie. He's extremely nice to the customers. Edit: I just asked my grandmother his name. He's Hank and he's also so nice and helping her out!

Yesterday I went to the pharmacy to pick up my meds for preop. So I arrive and kevin the young pharmacist says I can give you these but you have to come in to sign for afrin so I say I can because I had a baby. Btw he was so rude and ignorant. So then I waited for my sons meds like he told me to do and I pull back up and he has this sign on the window. So I ring the bell and say why can’t u help me at the window and he says we’re short staffed. Meanwhile no one was in the store at all so I walk in and then saw him laughing At me with the new kid he’s training talking about girls social media and group chats. The store was dead and no one was at the pharmacy. I stood there for ten min after he ignored I was there because he was so busy on the phone w the new kid. So I asked to speak with a manager and he said i am the manager. So then I said ok I’ll call tomorrow and he said I’m working tomorrow also….. Can a manager pls reach out to me asap ? This needs to be addressed asap

I recently switched to this pharmacy due to proximity to my daughter's home. Every time I have phoned this place, I have been put on hold. As I write this, I am presently on hold for 35 minutes. My fiance called the store section to see if there is a problem, whoever answered, yelled at him to hold on and just put him on hold with the pharmacy. No one ever answered him. He gave up. The other evening, I was in line at the drive through for ten minutes. No one ever came to the window. I have never had this issue with ANY pharmacy. I gave up and went inside. And waited again! I have now been on hold 40 minutes....still NO ANSWER
