I went to pick up prescription, and I went to wrong counter, so the pharmacist directed me to right side. Once I got there, the pharmacist at this register just outright ignored me while having a casual conversation on the phone. I then asked who is going to help me, a lady said that the rude pharmacist is going to. This lady never one word to me, basically spoke around me to the other pharmacist about my order. Keep your ignorance at home.

I doubt rite aid management will read this but employees here are just out right disrespectful! The gentlemen with the durag doesn't have any respect towards customers. Doesn't greet customers. There was a lady with purple hair that is standing at the front and gives customers dirty looks. A customer asked her for directions to tissues and she clearly didn't want to help the customer. There are a few employees that are nice but I just do not feel welcomed when I come into this specific location.

The shelves are never stocked. The boxes to stock the shelves are always stacked in the aisles blocking other products. When you ask for help finding an item they just tell you which aisle to look in and they don't offer to help look if you can't find it. If you ask if they have any in the back they say no just what's on the shelf without even going to check. A lot of the associates give you an attitude if you ask them anything. Better off going to a different Rite Aid.
