They asked me for ID for buying cold medicine. When i pulled out my US PASSPORT!!! AN OFFICIAL DOCUMENT FOR ID!!! They told me i could not use it because they can not scan it which i believe is not true. Not everyone has state ID and I used to be an employee of rite aid so I know it’s made up. They definitely aren’t a location that’s worried about stopping the spread of sicknesses 🙄

I had the opportunity to go to this Rite Aid located at 3260 N Broad Street. My visit was to the Pharmacy at this store. I want to say I was treated with the utmost respect on my visit there. I’m so sorry that I didn’t get all their name …NeLeH, thank you for taking the time to highlight an associate that is doing a terrific job. We love to hear these stories!

Everytime I'm at Rite Aide I'm treated with respect and courtesy they really respect their customers and the pharmacy is the best confidence is important also patience which they give their customers I love this store
