OK store. Since 2020, some of the store’s items are behind locked glass windows. There’s only two self-serve kiosks. I used to frequent this store a lot before. Now, not so much. The pharmacy is pretty good but they are seemingly very busy a lot.

This pharmacy clearly has no respect time or for patients and DOES NOT CARE. We went to pick up a prescription at 1:25 pm, after clarifying what the prescription was, they told us that they are close for lunch until 2:00 and that we should come back later. We explained that we are flying out of the country and we have a flight to catch now and we’ll need the medication for the trip. They refused to help us, shut down their gate and walked out. The manager could not get them to help us. The pharmacist who walked out on us’s name is Steve woerheide.

This pharmacy is a joke and cates nothing about its customers. On several occasions it as closed early and they have denied it yet today for 3rd time they closed early and front end staff apologized for it and acknowledged. They don’t ever answer phone. Even if you call standing in front of them in line it will ring and ring and your watch them ignore it. They do the bare minimum and you would never know they were in the taking care of people business. A sad thing for us neighbors that live around the corner and have to depend on it. Nearly every visit I hear the front line front end staff apologizing for the pharmacy staff.

One of the worst pharmacies around here. Highly recommend against getting your prescriptions filled here unless you want to get incorrect automatic messages about your prescriptions and wait 30+ minutes in the store when your prescription is supposed to be ready. If you call the pharmacy to ask a question they will put you on hold forever and hang up on you. Seriously horrible. Avoid at all costs.
