It was my first time going in to pick up my meds, since im fairly new to the neighborhood I'll be switching to another location. The Pharmancy staff was rude, ignorant and dissmisive. I was left just standing at the window, after inquring about my medicatiion.

The person who waited on me was a manager. She was terrible did not say hello or ask if Ihad a card for the store. Very rude didn't say thank. She needs to be retrain. I was a manager in a book store and we always greeted the customer because without them you don't have a job.

Never had a bad experience with picking up medicine from the pharmacy there when the older ladies are working. Only bad experience I had was with a young lady who didn't know what she was doing or looking for and got kindafrustrated.... didn't bother me too much cause it was a one time. Overall my visits have always been nice.

The Pharmacy is so under staffed. You can't ever get through by phone. The lines are always long. They rarely know where the bathroom key is. I've had it. Time to shop elsewhere
