Don’t answer their phone. Close early.

This is the worst post office anyone could ask for. And people in SVL are blessed with it. They decided to send all my mail back to sender WITHOUT being asked, they have put my mail in the wrong box many times as well as many other people, packages? Fogey about it. How is it allowed for this post office to even run this way? It’s a problem and has BEEN a problem. This post office is beyond frustrating to deal with.

I picked up my mail on 7/1/21 from SVL box 8414. I went out of town on 7/2/21. When I opened my box on 7/7/21 there was a letter stating my mail had been sent back because it had been more than 10 days since the mail was picked up. Not so

Talk to the people that work in the room. And next time put in a vacation slip. And usually when that happens there's no more room in the box for mail.

I need to set up a second post office box for my mail. I am going through a divorce and need to separate my mail so I can recieve it. How do I accomplish this?

Ain't gonna happen. Sorry to be blunt but they have a shortage of boxes. I had moved in with my girlfriend who has a house on a double lot which means she actually has two addresses, pays 2x property taxes and 2x SVLA HOA dues and they STILL WOULDN'T GIVE ME A BOX.
