I took the rise & shine heated class this morning and loved it! It was just warm enough to loosen my muscles up for a great stretch. It was the nicest thing I’ve done for my body in a long time!! Just what I needed - great music too. Look forward to making this a part of my weekly routine 😁 -Bre

Are beginners able to attend the $5 Friday morning classes? Is the Gentle Yoga a good class for beginners? Thanks so much!
