Grizzly Fitness is the best of the best! Always super clean! The walking track is the bomb. They have equipment that is relevant to todays workouts. The staff and instructors are great. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I love Grizzly Fitness!

My family and I have loved being members here for the past many years. The Yoga instructors do an awesome job! As well as the Barre instructors. It is a great family environment for all ages. Staff is friendly and welcoming, great fitness center overall.

After my family and I being members to this gym for eight years, we came to the conclusion that this is the best gym for all families. GFF has really improved over the last few years. There is something for everybody, yoga, CrossFit, basketball, volleyball, as many weights and weightlifting machines you could ever need, plenty of cardio availability, tanning, childcare, and lots more opportunities to get your fitness on. If you’re not feeling like getting your fitness on they have saunas, a neighboring business that offers massages with a discount if you are a member, lots of areas to stretch and lots of utilities to aid in recovery and relaxation. All of the staff and members care greatly about the quality of the gym. All in all GFF is a great gym. I would recommend becoming a part of the grizzly family.

We only have day passes. One day is $18 or you can buy 3-pack/10-pack punch cards for $15/day. Membership prices change but it's only $69/month for basic membership.
I feel weird answering this question two years late but just discovered it. Hopefully this answer helps others! No, everybody needs to pay, but it's only $10 for a court pass for 17 and under.

Kim, you may be referring to Friday Night Courts at Grizzly Family Fitness. FNC runs from 9pm-12am each Friday. Admission is $5.
Please come to the front desk at MTA Sports Center to cancel your membership. It's easy to do.
$7 for youth to use the courts.
You can pay to go once.
Jada, yes, Grizzly Family Fitness is open on New Year's Day. It's a great day to exercise.
Youth under 18 are $7; adults over 18yrs old are $15
