This guy was a complete argumentative jerk. Even if you’re having a bad day—you don’t take it out on potential customers. Looks like the place is going out of business and he’s probably the reason why. Horrendous three minute encounter.

This pawn shop is now under new management, come and see the new manager and bring your Items in to be appraised for a pawn or a buy. Calling about a appraisal will only be a ballpark figure until we see the item in person. Some items we do not take for various reasons be it too old or just not selling any more, please be understanding when we don't accept all your items for these reasons

Extremely bitter and rude staff.. I walked with no customers in the store and no greeting. I didn't care about that though because I knew what I wanted. I asked to see some things in a case an a younger male with good hair was very helpful in showing me what I was interested in. The dingy old overweight staff member motionlessly dwelling at the vacant cash register began interrupting me with comments such as "Do you know what you're looking at or not?" The senile hamburger deprived manager persisted to loudly interject his insulting and uninvited comments across the room (assumingely because I was taking too long to make a decision or was asking too many questions). Eventually after enough of his impatient energy and micromanaging I thanked the younger staff member and walked out. I have two intentions in posting this review. 1. To caution potential clients to consider the dozens of other pawn shops in the area before stepping foot in this low-vibrational marketplace. I felt good upon walking in but drained and depleted upon my exit. There's a Cash America Pawn right across the street with better prices and higher quality inventory. 2. To heed caution to the helpful younger two-toned hair staff member about working in an environment with such a toxic manager/coworker. If you read this comment, I hope you reconsider your employment options, as there are many other avenues with less burdensome, bitter, and narcissistic managers.
