Very professional and honest. Second and third opinions are a wonderful thing! I was told by another company I needed to treat to “prevent” (which didn’t seem thorough or would it cover the spaces I had concerns about?) and pay an annual fee from another company (typical). Derek came and inspected and educated me on how termites fly and what to look for. He even had a few videos on his phone he took personally to show me what to be concerned for when a swarm occurs. I showed him a few areas of concern I had come across. He confirmed it was the previous round of termites that was treated by the previous home owner. They don’t have any monthly membership deals to take your money. I will certainly call them when I eventually do see active termites in my house. (It is Florida) I would highly suggest calling them for an inspection before agreeing to any preventative treatment or monthly deals with the bigger franchises.

Gary; Last week, your team headed by Dennis arrived to conduct my fumigation process. They were a man short and, even so, jumped onto the project without hesitation or complaint. (There was a good deal of sweat through the day) Yor team is excellent. Their professionalism and skills were amazing, they all conducted their roles and responsibilities with speed and confidence. The thoroughness of their tasks was exceptional. The tarps were high quality the clamps were strong and placed on six inch increments, During the setup, they were forced to run a tape seam onto a wall, and they called out for supplies well in advance of seal up. I felt assured that the task of fumigation would not be wasted. The roll-out was quick and they all trusted each other’s work. It is difficult to find a team of men to perform like a well-orchestrated ballet. The removal was even more exceptional. Since they excavated dirt for the final sealing, I was sure to have more work in store after they left. Not to mention having my lawnmower catch a dropped clamp, or two. That was not the case. All the dirt draws were placed back to previous. No clamps could be found and they left the property as good(or better) than they came upon it. It was much more than I anticipated and expected. We have hired many jobs from roofers to remodelers, your team out shines any professional service, that I have come across. I feel your team and your management is a HIGH VALUE for our community. We had our house tented in the pouring rain. 2,000 sq feet. It is hard to review a service that you have not previously needed. I will say that the company was professional and punctual, two qualities I appreciate. They were competitively priced, but when balancing reputation and the cheapest bid, we feel confident that we made the right choice. Our neighbors used this company and word of mouth was key proving their company has stood the test of time. They got us in quick, within a couple weeks. The take down was somewhat messy because of the pouring rain we’d had throughout the entire tenting process, so mud can be understood. I am pleased so far. I will update once we see if it worked. The guys worked in tandem with communication throughout the entire process. So far, so good. 😊

Had to get termite treatment for our old wood frame house and found Geiger's Pest Services. They were punctual, and great with communicating with me what needed to be done, and scheduled separate subterranean and dry wood termite treatments. Their staff was mindful, considerate and professional during both treatments, and they really got the job done. 10/10, no more termites, thank you Geiger's Pest Services!
