Honestly Marion County Code Enforcement is the best government entity in the whole county. Code Enforcement has helped me out more than I could ever imagine, plus the staff and officers are top notch. They're always extremely polite, professional, helpful and understanding.

One of your employees made the mistake of attempting to walk into my yard to talk about an old desk that I put out next to my driveway. I’m sure he won’t be making that mistake again. Walked up speaking English and ran off talking Spanish? You know who I am...don’t do it to yourself😘🖕🏼

I'd like to know the answer to this question also. According to the sheriff's department they have to have a decimal reader in order to ticket them.🤬
They don't do anything when you call police for noise complaint they come out... and tell you it's a code enforcement issue... yet NO ONE IN CODE ENFORCEMENT is on duty after 5pm to help enforce this law... I have neighbor that will curse me...call me names...so i don't go outside since they do this EVERY TIME I DO...my husband is terminal and they harrass him..put hands on him and police DO NOTHING.
Nope, I was told it's a civil matter between you and the other property owner. Good luck
Maybe tend to your own business...why must you be so concerned with what he’s doing with his cars...upset you don’t have one?

You would have to call the code office . I sit On the board and can not answer questions I am sorry
If it is not a code issue they will put you in touch with the correct people . I am not a lawyer and do not know land laws but you might even have to go to court to prove the danger . It doesnt hurt to call code and ask.
Any property owner can have any vehicle, boat, RV remover from their property by calling local towing companies. It is called a “Private Property Tow Away”. Not all towing companies do these (they have to have an impound yard) so you may have to call more than one. You will have to sign a form for the tow driver as the property owner or renter authorizing the removal. That’s it. You have no liabilit after that assuming the vehicle owner can not produce a legal document where you gave them permission to park on your property. Good luck!
I had some windows replaced and the window company took care of getting permits or whatever was needed. The county did come out and do a quick inspection after they were installed.
NO !!. That's actually a Federal Crime.. Waterways are State level.
