As a real estate agent in Marion County, I am very grateful for the outstanding service that all the members from "Marion County Zoning & Development" do. Every time I call (once or twice a week) asking for information about the properties my clients are interested in, who ever answers is always kind, cooperative, patient (even when I have a list of five properties at a time), and helpful. The information they provide is key for my clients to make wise decisions on properties to buy or sell and, without it, we as agents could not offer a good service to them. Call 352-438-2675 and have the address or property ID handy. If you are internet savy you can go to www.marioncountyfl.org and go to i want to>view>maps. Then click interactive map. And zoning is under planning and zoning (in layers)
