I have tried three times to get assistance with Marion Co Property Appraiser's office with no help. Jennifer is impatient and rude. I sold three lots last Sept 2021 and still get delinquent notices on property I don't own.

We received our proposed property tax bill in the mail and my wife and I had a few questions. We called the number on the paper and much to our surprise we actually had a human voice on the other end of the line!!!! His name was Chris he not only helped us but he took the time and looked up our address and made sure our questions were answered. A job well done Thank you!!!!!!!!

I have been making several calls to the office of the Property Appraiser regarding a listing I have and an empty lot that I am interested in purchasing and all the agents that answer the phone have been super friendly and truly love what they do. They are very patient and answer all my questions and help me understand how to make good use of the website too to clarify more questions on my own leisure. Thank you for all you do to keep us educated for our customers and for our selves.

it depends on the road.,You have to call the County Engineer's office to find out.
sorry I don't
You can do a property search on the property appraiser's website for your parcel. Once there, check under the section "Property Transfer History". Your warranty deed will show and the price paid. You can also click on the Book/Page to view the deed image on the Clerk's website.
Owners with electronic titles can request a paper title through the department's website GoRenew.com for a fee of $4.50. Once the request is completed online, the paper title will then be mailed to the address reflected on the owner's record. Paper titles are generally received within 7 – 10 business days.
Have no idea. I went through an agent. They took care of everything.
If there was land involved, you can look up property history on Zillow. If mobile home and no land, maybe the tax collector's office could help
Place it on land
Has to be filed at courthouse first then take documentation to property appraisers office
A lanai would have to have to be enclosed and the interior finished to standard residential construction, including electricity, heat and air conditioning.
That's a question for the City or County zoning office depending where your home is located. The Property Appraiser's office does not oversee land use regulations.
There is no form. You need to record a deed at the Clerks office from you individually to you and who ever you want to add.
The dimensions of your lot are on the plat map, but you would need to find the corner markers to measure the lot line. To know exact property boundaries you will need to hire a surveyor and have your property surveyed. That is not a function of this office.
Go to the site Marion county appraisal and look it up
There are a couple possible reasons. How recently it was purchased. Was the deed recorded on the public. Is it in a newly platted subdivision or cut out of a larger tract of land. Call 368-8300 during business hours for further assistance.
Building permitting questions need to be addressed by the building department. This office does not issue any type of permit.
You should get a homestead exemption from the Property Appraiser's office which is located at the main branch of the tax collector's office
No. You need to talk to the tile company that is going to be doing your closing. If there are traces due at the time of the closing they have procedures in play for it
