Always amazing. Service, cleanliness, comfort, convenience. The bar is fun and the restaurant Hamilton's Kitchen is top notch! Some of the best meals I have ever had in my life.

Oh goodness! We had several issues! 1) We requested a play pen for our daughter when we checked in at 3pm. We brought it up to not only the valet gentleman but also the front desk woman. By 5 we had not received it yet so we requested again. Still. Nothing but the same response: “ok, we will work on it for you.. Then after our event concluded we asked for an update only to find out that there were no more available-even though we requested it 10hrs earlier. 2) Food was decent but not worth the price that was requested. 3) Air in our room was poor and not cooling efficiently. 4) Our fridge was not cooling the way it should be. I am a nursing mother and had breast milk in the fridge. It was just at the required temperature . The employee just unplugged it in and out. Did not even offer us a new fridge. 5!! Our smoke alarm went off 4 times for zero reason! And the employee arrived 3hrs after the fact to check it!

Stayed there mid-week July 6-8. All around nice place to stay in Winter Park. Very fitting. Only issue was they had a A/C issue in the bar restaurant, but were addressing. Everyone was friendly but what stood out to go from a 4 to a 5 was their valets. They were friendly, prompt, and when I brought my elderly mother to stay in a my room for some of the day, they were quick to assist with putting her wheelchair in the car, and patient as we moved here in and out of the entrance. Just little things like that make big differences.

Wow, there’s so much to say about how perfect the Alfond Inn was for our wedding! We are still in awe at the service and hospitality provided by Jane, Kelly, and the whole team at the Alfond. The team was made up of experienced professionals who knew how to make their beautiful space feel personal and exactly how we dreamed our wedding to be by working with our chosen vendors within our creative intent. And the food, oh my gosh the food! Their food tasting was one of the best parts of the whole wedding planning experience - everything just seemed to come together as we dreamed it would over the most delicious meal we may have ever had. And on the big day, the chefs outdid themselves by delivering exceptional food again, from cocktail hour to salads and entrees. Guests loved the upscale boutique hotel atmosphere through the whole weekend and had nothing but amazing things to say. And the location in the heart of Winter Park is to die for. We wanted our guests to experience the beauty and hospitality of our future home of Winter Park, and the Alfond delivered on that and more.
