Some of the spots in the garage are free but those are marked and some are commuter only until 10am, after that they are open to the shoppers.
It took me around 20 mins to get to the international district and I believe that's a little less than half way to the airport
The new Link Light rail station has bathrooms on the mezzanine/ticketing level. They are tucked against some of the stairs up to the platform.
