I'm a long time Direct customer and I stopped by this office on Friday April 1 to have my insurance switched to a different vehicle. I was greeted by Jason and he handled my request to have my coverage changed to my new vehicle. Jason was very professional and courteous and took the time to explain my current coverages and some optional coverages that I may want to add. He was very informative and helpful and I'm thankful for great sales representatives like Jason. I will definitely continue to use this office for all my car insurance needs and I would be happy to refer others to this office because I know they will be treated with the same professionalism.

Yes, you will have insurance if you're with Direct. They give you 13 days from your due date before it cancels.
No you have up to 7 to 10 days after the date on your insurance as a bill not as a cancellation but as a bill so you could wait till the next day you can wait until the 6th the 7th the 8th or the 9th it's not that big of a deal you can call and get that particular information off of anybody who will answer the phone and customer service and if I were you I've been with direct for about nine years and I can't wait to get away from them now they've changed over the management and they really suck right now they really do don't let the low price fool you because when you need it they will turn their backs and run on you twice it's happened
