The vacuum was not as powerful as I hoped. Very spacious vacuum area. Will try again. They have a clear and easy to use area for car cleaning.

Be careful!! Several of the selections you can choose in the self service bays DON’T work! For example, if you select the tire cleaner (not the tire shine, but it rarely works either) it will sit there using up your time while you wait hoping that it will start working but it never does. By then you’ve just waisted 2 to 3 minutes of your time! Same with the other options like rain-X (never spits out at all), and there’s the car freshener spray that WILL NOT spray anything from the little gun your to use. And there’s other problems like cuts or holes in hoses at their fittings which just sprays out onto the wall and not your car. It’s just a plain lack of maintenance and lack of taking care of its establishments.

Don't mind this one at all. But had to call management after getting my car covered in soap in soft touch and then it just stopped working. Called 3 different numbers and no one has returned my call

Not as versed in different car washes. Here's the summary. Drive-thru: One traditional soft touch with rubber "brushes" and two "No Touch" (water and detergents/solutions) automated stations. Self serve: Pressure spray stations, each with a vacuum cleaner on the outside of each lane. Although both have pros and cons, the self-serve station is good to go through every once and a while to best tackle crevices and gaps in your vehicle the automated drive-thru misses.
