I shop here frequently and would generally get 5 Star service. BUT... last time I was there, I was purchasing fish. I overheard the employee giving bad advice to a new tank owner about putting fish in an un-cycled tank. A female employee was helping me and seemed to become rather aggravated due to the fish not cooperating with her. Later, at home. I discovered a wrong fish. Service was NOT on par! Apparently sunday afternoons are not a good time.

On their website, it reads “call for cat grooming service.” In the store, they say “no grooming service for cat.” Yet, they call themselves “neiborhood pet store.” Is a cat not a pet?

My family hit up Petco looking for a quick accessory for our kittens. It was a Friday night and I was really surprised at how disorganized the store was. I'm assuming they, like everyone else, our understaffed. However, despite the chaos in …

They Never Sell Puppies. They do on occasion have Adoption Days. But I'm not sure what all Animals they have for that though.
I don't think so. Select stores do, but I'm pretty sure this one doesn't.
Dog food of course
Should've taken them back that same day. They have a 30 days policy I do believe.
Yes, I have always had 🐩 Poodles & sizes range with prices! My 5lb. Toy costs about $30, med. ($40-$60) & Standard as much as $72 plus! The more you have done, the more it will cost $$$...
Jerseys mostly.
I am not sure
Indeed, they smell like their own urine... They are very playful, but are extremely hard to keep track of ! They are little cleptos with anything shiny.... You will notice things going missing! They game is Hide & Go Seek... They will hide your car keys, sure keeps life interesting...
Ferrets are 169.99. They come spayed/ neutered respectively, are descentedm and all have their first round of distemper shots
They usually have corn snakes. I haven't seen any there recently however. I would be careful buying snakes here. They often come with snake mites, which i can tell you from experience are a pain to get rid of. A friend of mine got a milk snake here once that ended up dying from a severe mite infestation. I have also personally seen mites on some of the snakes that they had for sale in the store.
